This is what I have ate today.
Fiber-havregryn have more protein in them than normal Oats. And protein is good if you move your body, so that the body don’t eat on itself to gain protein. I find it extremely hard to become fat, because I am extremely cautious, of everything I am doing. I am very healthy and cheap. Because nothing else makes sense. I buy ecological and real food also, because that not only benefit my natural world. But it also benefit my own self and keeps me free from disease. Believe me I have been living this way since I was 21, I’m 39 now and I have only gotten sick less than 5 times..
The porrige made me strong enough to walk to the store… And it tasted Wonderful, those berries where the cheapest ones that store har and I bought them months ago, probably like a year. Have them in the fridge..

I don't eat much no, but I don't need to eat much since my existing is mostly spiritual.
See those were the cheapest peanuts and I could remove the salt from them, by putting them in a net and shaking them, so it goes away.. Natrium exist naturally in real food... Then ecological dark chokolate, is very healthy. Onion makes any food taste better.. You could add it to pasta, rice or potatoe and have a finished meal, with some spices to if you'ld like... :). The tea was with lemon and ginger and that is very healthy. See if you have to you cold survive on that, because every root is very healthy. Ginger is a root, that do not really get old. You could dry it and it lasts forever... Honey is also very healthy, and make your tea taste sweet, obviously hehe.. You can cook with it also... The almond milk is very healthy and could last for a very long time... Hard bread is very useful and lasts forever and make you full. This one was with alot of fiber, fiber is great for your belly to work properly. And I bought cheese to make it taste nice and get some fat to what I am eating. I also add butter and oil to what I am eating. Because the body need fat. I think that the brain is mainly fat and protein, that runs on carbs :P... Plus you need water, plenty of water to make everything work properly.. An acsess of carbs is not healthy and is stored on fat on your body. That is the secret, to a healthy life... Do not over-indulge in anything. a little is more.... To over indulge in anything, is good for absolutely nothing.
Bills, bills bills..So for the first time this year I went to the store and bought what is necessery and what I like in order to have a better life.
Since I have mostly been laying still, I haven’t used to much energy. Sure it’s been like being dead, since I have not even been able to stand up. If I did, I got exhausted and became dizzy.
Right now my goal is to help as many people as I can help. Because other spending or acting seemes like a complete waste of time. We can do this without money. Or it is hell of alot easier, if you could pay a rent.

So I chopped up the old banana and going to keep them in the fridge. Banana is good for everything. You could mix them with coconutmilk, then you get the best rastning icecream I ever ate :)..
