cheap and healthy.

It was very easy to cook also.

I just eat two hardbread,
with butter and cheese for breakfast.
 Plus another meal. 
In one day. 
Out of many reason. 
That’s the best way. 
I swear.


First of, they don’t know me, at all. Yet they believe that they know me, better than myself :S. They have called me a lier and say that I am Manic. 2016, was the first year they actually succeded. In locking me up, because they really called the hospital and told said that I was sick and crazy. So they have to give me ”medicin”.

They can believe, what ever they want about me. They are saying that I’m letting myself being used. Based on the fact that they know absolutely nothing about my relationships!

InI have to go and lock my window dem now, because it's getting cold. Still I have gotten fresh air now in my entire apartment :D

 God  shines on me from Heaven, today. Or don’t you have eyes, to see with?

They believe that I am not myself, because I am cussing and saying bad things, in their ears..

Noy tralizing that someone truthful speaks the truth all the time, without caring who he or she offends!!

  • I rinsed red lentils, boil them with a little salt. Because they taste great then.
  • Then I boil water and stir down the potatoe.
  • Then I put in a little butter, some thurmeric n black pepper. Then grate the ginger n put it on my plate 😊😘

Sure you could have boiled real potatoe n did it yourself. But I had no time, for that. And it’s faster n better for the environment if you boil the water in a teaboiler…

Real food is healthy, so you rarely become sick. How could the body get diseases, if you eat vegetarian and give the body what it needs?!  Skip dead meat. That can only put death and diseases in your body. Or you havent realized that yet?

You don’t need to eat, all that shit. That they have fooled you into eating. You believe in lies. That you do with the belief, God put in your heart.

Babylon wants working slaves, and that is that 😂🇯🇲. Controlled people, believe any lie they’re told, because you don’t think!
